How much does Social Security receive from Individual Tax ID Numbers (ITINs) each year?

Millions of Itin use 'of residents of the United States; s to work and pay taxes. I can 't find the figures as the government collects from them in social security, health care in state or federal income taxes. Please let know if you have data on the object.
